The sun is shining, yippee!
We are family.
Feeling a bit better today having done some research on Mulhouse, Alsace.
We had our arrangements made to move the lads from Rehoboth. A local village holiday centre had been booked, Mayor approved (obviously not Varen) and the Prefect had said "fine, go ahead" The day before yesterday, OPFRA over rode this decision and decided to send 10 of our group to Mulhouse.
Everyone was in shock, the lads saying " we left one family behind and now we are losing another"
After lots of research it looks as if the CADA is quite good ( as these things go)
I have been on a site "France and beyond" which helps refugees around the world and asked for anyone in that area to come and support our lads. Within minutes I had three offers from like minded people so there will be people to support them when they arrive.
We have told them once they have their asylum they can do whatever they want and if some want to return they can. Three others are going to Montauban area and we await decisions on the rest.
One boy who left last weekend will be back this week end to party with us all, and another who went about 10 days ago is coming back and bringing a friend.
The family is still holding strong wherever we all are.
