Montauban at the moment is not the place for electric cars

We would all like to go green would'nt we and buy an electric car? But doing it in Montauban is probably not a good idea at the moment as there are only six recharging points in and around the area.
I really like the idea of these noisless, fumeless cars but the price of buying one is just too high, never mind finding electric charging stations.
We did see one at Laguepie a couple of weeks ago, we saw it but never heard it ... it just silently went by.
