Hi Val,We love the Caylus Sat. market. Right now, it usually has about 6 vendors, gets larger later in the year. My absolute favourite goat cheese lady is there, Marie Ange Chamerois, from the Moulin de Vignasse in the Bonnette Valley near Loze. Also, Vincent, with his fabulous veggies, also I think, eggs. There are one or two small producers of chicken/cannette/eggs. There is a larger veggie stand which seems to be a wholesaler, also a stand with bread & cake & sausage. Later in the year, you get olives/tapanade some weeks, a local person making the tapanade. Also more local small veggie stands and plant stands. Most seem to be producers.
