A three month wait to see a dermatologist but we are so pleased with the one we got to see at Albi. A young lady in a clean smart waiting room and surgery. This might sound a funny thing to say but cleanliness and hygiene seems to us both to be important when seeing a consultant in their rooms. Twice we have seen different consultants in run down waiting rooms and one had a dirty toilet which looked as if it was never cleaned. We will never use either of those again.
We both had our itchy patches burnt off and were told we were the second couple she had seen from the UK with similar " taches" She blamed our fair skins and us getting too much sun. We now have strict instructions to put plenty of high factor creme on and wear hats with big brims. Malc said " I always wear my "casquette" but was told as he had one on his ear he must now wear a hat with brim.
I giggled with Mme Céndras as Malc had whispered to me " I am covered in dog hairs" I told her " he has not even noticed the straw on his best Jaeger jumper at the back" She giggled as well and said " I spotted that"
What a pair of "hillbillies" we are!
