Les Savoyards/ people from Savoie, René and Maxime Meilleur from the restaurant La Bouitte at Saint Martin de Belleville were crowned ( étè couronnés) with three stars. Yannick Alléno of the restaurant Ledoyen in Paris taking over from a retired chef was also crowned. There were no new stars in the Toulouse area.
Val says I was interested to see that the prices in these restaurants for the chefs tasting menus are around 115 euros for 3 plats/ courses and 225 euros for 8 plats.
