The men usually two who are stopped by the side of the road and flag you down saying they have run out of petrol are back. Then they ask for money, in the report we have had trying to exchange Bulgarian money. Basically they are robbers, some of our readers have had bad experiences with them in the past. Do not stop and phone the gendarmes if you see them.
