Nous sommes Wiltshire

Police in Wiltshire apologised for asking a newsagent for the names of customers who bought the "survivors edition" of Charlie Hebdo. A spokesperson explained that they were trying to "gauge community reactions " and warn newsagents to be vigilant. 77 year old Anne Keat took exception and leaked the news to her habitual newspaper - The Guardian. Police have assured those affected that their names have been removed from the records.
