More snow forecast in the Tarn and strong winds further south
In the Aude and the Pyrenees Oriental there are orange alerts for strong winds. The area indicated on the map gets wind often but winds so strong giving the authorities reason to give an orange alert shows it is going to be very windy. In the last few years many new pavilions have been built in this area which also suffers from inondations. Seems a bit foolhardy to me buying in such a meteorologically sensitive area.
