I have been thinking of adding two local charities who are I know well thought of in the community, Poor Paws a dog charity and Chats du Quercy. As long as money goes to local charities I am happy.
A reader who has been a good supporter of TAG paying for adverts on a regular basis has suggested he would like his money to go to the Whale and Dolphin Conservation Society.
Malc feels that this is a world wide organisation a bit like Oxfam and our trickling of money to them would be a drop in the ocean. They also have world wide compaigns spending hundreds of thousands of pounds which our small often one man bands do not have the chance to do and so need us.
We would both support this organisation as we do with others, but maybe not through TAG.
If you have any ideas who you think should be added to the list let me know and we will have a ballot. Remember we are not talking huge sums but the odd 35 euros here and there can really help small charities.
