Lassalle studio has now been converted into a boutique Gite just for couples
wanting a health spa and some personal time together. So Classes havemoved to lassalle ecole starting 24 feb . Classes are on Tuesday and Friday
mornings with body sculpt 9.30 (for all ages and fitness levels)followed at
10.40 with pilates mini ball /mat or big ball. Fridays is another toning
class to music again starting at 9.30 followed by pilates and a stretch
