Based at Castres France's third biggest pharmaceutical company, Pierre Fabre is re-structuring its world wide operation. With over 6500 employees in France, making it Midi-Pyrenees's second largest employer (after Airbus) , Fabre was founded by a Castrais and has always been based in the area. About 200 jobs are under threat and a demonstration was planned for Saturday.
