I so love this and if Finland can do it why not other European countries?

Val says sensible people the Finns. I cannot believe a country be so brave as to take this step. I have to be brave enough to support their courage. When all the dogs are adopted then one can start thinking of the designer dog you want. What can be wrong with that!! I know certain people who are going to tell us.
