Found between Najac and Monteils

A French family found this cat shivering, cold and hungry on the road between Najac and Monteils. He is a male and obviously is someone's precious pet. He has a blue collar with a bell. They have taken him in and fed him but now he has curled up and does not want to leave. Any ideas who this cat belongs to? Contact me and I will pass on the address of the finders.
