Died from the cold, an SDF

"Stay warm and wrapped up"I said in an early post.
At Gruissan yesterday a 68 year old man an SDF / which stands for sans domicile fixe, which is a homeless person, was found dead by the roadside. He died from hypothermia. What drove the poor man to be homeless, was it a problem with drink, drugs,mental instability or simply displaced in a foreign country? We have to care otherwise we are not human.
 Malc says there are more domestic reasons why people are homeless, but I would cite those mentioned as the top four.
According to the foundation Abbé Pierre there are

I must get ready for my French lesson at 10 am but if anyone has the time to look up how many homeless there are in France I would be grateful, it would complete the post.
