A bit of work and this could become a wonderful hotel or a block of très chic appartements/ flats. Or even more daringly an art gallery.
My ideas for this building in Montauban estimated to be worth 1.6 million euros. The Chambre de Commerce and Industry are moving and leaving this historic site at Mortarieu. The building of 1,000m2, the former home of the Comtesse de Balbi and then property of the Company of arts and manufacture in 1842 after which it became the property of CCI.
What would your ideas be for use of the building? imagine it repainted with the balustrade and pillars gleaming white. I wonder if it has parking?
