Malc and I are just back from dining with friends and I was delighted to hear that a couple of English ladies who had been at "Café et conversation" met and were greeted by a French lady in the market who they would not have known before. They spent a good few minutes chatting in French and the villager said just how much she had enjoyed the first coffee morning.
Another English lady tonight had received an invitation by email to the next " Café et conversation" in November at St. Martial from a French friend in the village and she is planning on coming.
How nice that everyone enjoyed the morning and it is showing small but significant results.
