Lez hameau (82250 Laguépie) has some interesting things coming up, starting this weekend with soul/funk/rock concerts.
On Saturday 16th starting at 22.00 it's an afrobeat concert with Alma Afrobeat
On Sunday 17th starting at 19.30 it's a soul/funk concert with Soul Papaz
On Monday 18th starting at 19.30 there's a concert of "goualante bastringue blues" with Milord, and Elle et l'Ouïe doing poetic/love songs.
There are soirées de clôture on Wednesday 21st and Thursday 22nd August. Wednesday's sounds different, as it's described as a Hollywood Jacuzzi soirée with Brazilian music by Dito & Zé. There are 10 Jacuzzis and two open-air screenings (of what I know not). You can book the Jacuzzi to share or for private groups of 6 people. It costs €40 per person, and must be pre-booked on 05.63.30.28.15 or 06.25.21.18.99.
On 22nd August activities start at 19.30 in the church in Lez. Marie-Ambrym Rossignol reads extracts of Stabat Mater Furiosa by J P Siméon, and then at 21.00 there's a concert by the Philippe Baden Powell jazz trio. This evening also costs €40.
