The mill is named "Moulin du Gravier",
Cross the bridge over l'Aveyron, then take the first little lane on the left, before the house with the tower, past the entrance to Le Festin de Babette.
Then continue along the riverside only 400 metres.
Just before the moulin is a derelict building with tall arched windows and no roof, which used to be a metal-working factory, joined to the mill.
Possibly the old factory ruin may have the same owner and may be for sale as a single lot, and may include a couple of small cottages at the far end. So details from any for sale sign in that area would be appreciated.

Val says we know the property but properties here tend not to have for sale signs as in the UK
Try looking up Disc or Agence L' Union and ask if they know if it is still for sale.
