I was advised by John and Grete McNorton of DRAW international to contact you regarding the advertising and re-sale (on your website tagonline) of a plane ticket from Toulouse to Manchester on Wednesday 21st August, departing at 12.05, arriving in Manchester at 13.20 local time. For this ticket I would like 140 Euros (ONO), which includes the airport check-in fee of 25 Euros.
My sister, Alison Graham is undertaking an artist in residence at DRAWinternational and I have changed my plans in order to drive back with her to the U.K. instead of flying back with my parents, which is my reason for wanting to sell this ticket.

You often can resell, but Ryanair and easyJet wanted £100 penalty fee to change a name, last time I checked. I'd say Toulouse to Manchester won't be a lot different. Presumably the seller of the ticket would pay on the card the ticket was bought on, and would then negotiate with the buyer who should pay the penalty...
Close to the departure date flight prices often come down again, and at £140 this ticket is now only 5% cheaper than a fresh ticket, bought today - and there's a transfer fee to pay as well. Sorry to be so negative, but you'd only really buy his ticket if you wanted to do this lad a great big favour.
