Glynis and Emma, TAG cooks - with their ''pop up'' restaurant

Four days of shopping, prepping, chopping (lots of chopping), cooking, cleaning but it was all worth it.
I thoroughly enjoyed my first restaurant experience and it was lovely hearing all the positive comments from the diners.
Emma is so easy to work with and so calm in the kitchen and her family were a dream. We couldn't have achieved it without them.

We must have done something right as we received 9 repeat bookings on the back of last night which means we're practically fully booked for 19th August - we could squeeze a table of two in but that's it.
There are still spaces 12th August if anyone is tempted to a curry feast.
