"We will be back "
said the lovely Spanish family who have had a miserable week weather wise here in Tarn and Garonne. It does show if you are out to enjoy yourselves you can, they have walked, cycled, canoed, done donkey riding and walking Bonny and donkeys. They have had football games, hardly been in the pool (imagine how warm their pool must be in Mallorca!) and laughed and laughed.
Yesterday they joined Malc at the boule pitch in Verfeil and played boules, sometimes in showers.
They had an amazing sunset last night, Malc joked it was the most sun they had seen all week.
Interestingly they found it much more expensive than Spain but felt with all we had to offer here for free, they had not needed to spend a fortune on the children. Going out for a meal or even coffee and drinks with 6 in the family soon mounts up.
They were, they told us seduced by the beauty of the place - I think we all feel like this, those of us who live here.
