This amazing poster may be appearing somewhere near you! Each year our graphic artist comes up with something special for the Puycelsi poster and this time it is Montiverdi and Puccini in one of those merged faces that when you go past them one becomes the other. Look out for them as they appear in your local bar and tourist office;
All of which is to announce that bookings are now being taken for the Puycelsi September concert organised by Ross and Ginny Jenkins for fun for all and to provide funding to restore the church. The singing this time will be Italian - Puccini's Messa di Gloria and Monteverdi Beatus Vir. These are shorter works than usual and so the soloists will be singing more focusing on some of amazing Italian choral music. In addition Nicholas O'Niell the organist will be playing one of his own works. Nicholas is becoming an increasingly reknowned composer in the UK and has received the prestigious commissioned for music to commemorate the 800th anniversary of Magna Carta.
