Books around the town

Hi Val
I remember a scheme in the uk several years ago, that didn't seem to take off, but that I thought was a good idea: when you had finished with a book, you just left it, on a bus, in a cafe or a restaurant, wherever.  There were specially printed stickers to put inside the cover, explaining that the book was free to anyone who wanted to read it, and should then be passed on in the same way.

I remember hearing or reading about the scheme, and that I found a couple of books that way, but then it just seemed to fade away, which I thought was a pity.

I wonder if it would work in St Antonin?
