If you appreciate 3 star gastronomy, but find Michel Bras's Laguiole restaurant too far why not try the new Cafe Bras in Rodez. Brasserie type food and a bar service based on the Aubrac chef's menus are available at "reasonable" prices. Open from 9am for a breakfast snack it might make waiting for Ryanair a whole new experience.
