My name is Penny and together with my partner, we have recently moved here permanently having had a holiday home near Rieupeyroux since 2004.
I am a qualified Iyengar Yoga teacher and as I very much believe in the benefits of yoga (especially as one is getting older!) I have decided to try teaching in France.
