Worrying about that sweet donkey Coco being left on his own I have sent Jeannine's letter on to the Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary. I have given donations to them for some years and they help donkeys around the world. It may be clutching at straws but we have nothing to lose.That donkey needs help.
They do pay to support some donkeys with Jan at Liberte des Anes, perhaps they could manage paying for one more. They also have a refuge in NorthernSpain and send donkeys there from time to time.
This donkey sounds as if he would be a great pet being already used to children. He would need castrating which would cost about 200 euros but if someone would take him I would try and raise the sum from adverts and donations. Anyone out there with a field needing mowing?
