As an adjective, bucolic refers to an ideal country life that many yearn for. Green verdant, rich in valleys and hills, vines and sunflowers, oak, chestnut and walnut trees.

I will go with that, and our blog TAG is rich in bucolic images which is why we and my donkeys are so happy.
