Susan Taylor 34 year old from Barwell, Leics. was swimming the channel raising money for Diabetes UK when she got in to difficulties. Her accompanying boat radioed for a defibrillator but it was too late and Susan sadly died just off Cap Gris - Nez in Wissant Bay.
