Keeping cool ? Are you kidding ? I’m spending every afternoon watching Wimbledon, windows open, which of course means all the dogs and a few cats think I need company. The tennis is so exciting, no chance of keeping cool !
BTW friends of ours sold their house on Le Bon Coin – no agents’ fees – and I have heard of several people doing the same. Apparently ‘Green Acres’ is another good website where you pay a fee but advertise your property yourself.
