On facebook it seems the in thing to post your feelings, feeling happy, feeling sad, and I today am feeling confused. Is the market for selling buoyant or not?
Yesterday afternoon we listened to Anthony Pearce from Allez South West France saying how busy they were with people in the region putting their houses up for sale. Just so many houses for sale, so much choice and so your price had to be attractive. We decided to make the price 525, 000 euros.
I was beginning to think if things are so difficult we should perhaps wait a couple of years, but then as they left the couple said " we might have this sold in a week"
Malc says " pigs might fly as well"
Two different agents, two different approaches. I am left confused.
