We have been lucky so far, with storm cloud skirting past us, but we feel for others not so fortunate.
On French news we have seen apricot and cherry growers with devasted crops. Fruit on the ground and crops still on the tree ruined by gashes from the hailstones.
I wonder if growers like this have insurance to cover the huge loses they have just suffered?
