That request sounds a bit suspect to me. The quarantine rules for entering Sweden are extremely strict. Perhaps the Swedish Embassy could help clarify the situation?

Oops! I was too hasty and didn’t take the time to look at the look at the two sites. I only read your post. Having now looked I declare that am absolutely astonished! They must have some very generous sponsors. I have never heard of any of these 3 organisations (there is a sister organisation in the UK too ) and they don’t mention any difficulties with moving dogs to Sweden but it all seems to be very well organised and genuine. Hats off to them!
