Paper planes at Toulouse

It seems that making paper aeroplanes or darts is a serious subject at the National Aeronautical School (ENAC) in Toulouse. Over 100 students took part in the French national heat to qualify for the world championships in Salzburg.
To be fashioned from a single 100gm A4 sheet of paper, the darts will be judged on distance, duration and freestyle. The world record is a flight of 63 metres lasting 26 seconds. Over 37000 competitors contested the 2012 competition. This is something you could try at home (if you've nothing better to do....)
