Take it seriously dog owners

Arras a town in the North is taking dog poo seriously. Signs have gone up and guards are spraying pooh pink to highlight the problem.
When we first came to France we classed Cahors the poo capitol of the area. Fortunately it is some what better these days. Our local walks by the rivers are gradually improving as residents, Mayors and councillors work to educate residents.

Pick up the poo or dogs will be banned and we and our dogs would hate that.
