Fete on the water in our region and where are the life jackets?

Reported in the Depeche, a new fete on the water. Well if it was in Varen the  reporter  would not have sent this picture saying tut! tut! no lifejackets . Well let us hope the gendarmes go en masse and close them down next year, but I do not think it likely!
