Noticed this year that the BBC are doing a programme to see who we think we are. Are our national ties dying, do we feel more international? Should be an interesting survey in the year of European elections.
I feel English as does Malc, not British but we also feel European, but we do now after all these years have strong feelings towards our adopted country and would like French citizenship.
Who do you feel? ( no rude comments please)
Malc now tells me he is a Yorkshire man. I wonder if our daughter who Malc made sure was born in Yorkshire ( just in case she was a boy and wanted to play cricket for Yorkshire!) but then was brought up in Lancashire, feels a Lancashire lass?
