This is a good one!

Hello We may have got our satellites sorted, but there’s a new problem looming. Did anyone else read this buried in the mail online? Under a pan-European communications agreement from today the BBC can operate a detector van in France. If your caught watching BBC without a licence issued to you at a permanent UK address, you will be fined 150 euros and your satellite signal will be blocked permanently.
