Dear Val,
I do absolutely agree with you about the ski instructor but how about all the other people working in france without speaking the language, not being qualified for french laws, not paying charges/impot and destroying the market in our case (unluckely we look first in our wallet and then to quality)? I think, not all the people, but a lot of people have to make better choices for hiring people so 'cowboys' won't have any clients.
