Look how they have grown and notice how the feathers are beginning to change from fluffy baby down to real feathers. They seem to be growing in to their eyes, as before their eyes seemed huge in their little bodies. We have still only spotted four but there may be more. We reckon they will be ready to fledge by this week end. Fortunately family arrive in the gite who understand our concern for baby kestrels and will be able to help patrol the area, safely guarding them against our dogs and cats at this most vital time in their lives.
