Laurent Spanghero " plus determine que jamais" more determined than ever to get his former company up and running again. One has a lot of respect for someone who is so determinedly fighting to save the jobs of former workmates and colleagues. He has won a court appeal to allow him to take over the remains of the company but the judge designated 90 workers he should employ. Laurent refuses to do this, saying there are no butchers in the list, there are long term sick, etc. Good for him, he wants to get the business up and running again, leave him to get on with it. How can a judge pick your work force?
