We are also in the process of disputing this with M. Guillotin as the charges should absolutely not be applied to UK rental income. We have recently written to M. Guillotin for a second time asking for an explanation from him as to why he thinks the charges should apply. We need his response as our next step is to escalate the problem to the conciliator fiscale.

They are TAG readers so I would ask them to contact you so they can offer advice, help or commiserations, whatever. Hard to believe when we know it is contravening European agreements they still try.Alison's email address is at the top.
