Laure Gros who is a Varen councillor, on the left and her father Jean Gros on the right admire a drawing given to the retiring bar owners Maryse and Jean - Claude. The painting was by Alma Kaiser and the Clenches had it mounted and framed for them. The bar is now closed although new owners have been found and it maybe a few weeks before it is open again.
