Doreen Porter has been asked by her friend to promote her book for a competition. Carol Wyer is a former resident of St. Antonin.
If you have read her book and would consider it worthy of a vote she has given a website to look at to support her.
Carol says
It’s easy to do. The website is:http://www.peoplesbookprize.com/finalist.php#nonfictionFinalists. Go to Register and click on it. You will need to put in your email address, name and do a simple maths problem to prove you are not a robot. Then you will receive a password to your email address. Use the password and log back onto the site again. Now go to the purple box marked finalists in the left sidebar. This wil take you to the finalist page where there are three categories. Click on non-fiction and scroll down for the bright yellow cover of How Not to Murder Your Grumpy. Click on the box with a tick in the right-hand corner next to the book. Now please submit your choice. You can also vote for a book in the other two categories. Wait for a confirmation that you have voted. Thank you.
