The wind, strong enough to blow down trees and give electricity cuts
Yesterday the wind was so strong that in Varen a tree came down taking with it electricity lines. Half the village lost electricity for many hours. Up at Mas del Sol and neighbouring hameau St. Martiel the electricity came in fits and starts all day long. I noticed Laguepie was mentioned in the Depeche, with many parts being with out electricity.
