The headline explains it all, in the Midi Pyrenees we were subjected to strong violent winds. Today there are still 28,000 homes without electricity. We were lucky in some respects as although we got violent winds we never got the storm which our cleaner tells us hit Caylus.
The sun is shining and everything is calm today and I have spent part of the morning clearing up debris, small trees and branches around the site.
