A quick dip in to the Show

In the show there will be a very important section of vegetables, "the bio"section. This will include
3 Onions with roots,
5 Leeks with roots,
5 Green beans with stem,
5 Runner beans with stem,
5 Round tomatoes with stalk,
3 Carrots with leaves cut to 8cm,
5 Potatoes, one variety,
Other vegetables of the season not mentioned above.
With all the fruits and vegetables you will bring them along and we will give you a white plate to display them on.
If you look at the complete list in the label at the top of the page you will see lots of things you may be growing you could bring along to enter.
Not only for gardeners there is a category for handicrafts,

One article hand embroidered,
One article with cross stitch,
One knitted article,
One crocheted article,
A piece of patchwork,
A cushion made by hand
Any other hand made work in material,
Any other textile work

A photography section
A photograph of a plant or vegetable.
A photograph of a beautiful garden

There is a section for the children

A painting of my garden , age 3 to 7 years
A painting of my garden, age 8to13 years
 5 Decorated biscuits,
A monster made from various vegetables.

Tomorrow  I will run through the other sections giving you all the fruit and vegetables, the cake, bread and jam making, wood items and painting.
Whatever your skill there is a section for you and if you are in a group pass on this news and get others involved. This section in English will remain in the righthand side bar ( not in the top one) and of course can be searched in the search bar
