I have just been reading today's blog entries about the couple are repeat "pull out at the last minute" offenders.
As we are looking for a house in the area I wondered if you had a Wanted section where I could post a request for anyone wishing to sell to contact me directly. We have sold our house and the money is sitting in the bank while we search so we are in a position to make a quick decision and get the paperwork done.
