A very good, very intelligent friend of mine was one of the ‘in’ crowd at school and allowed himself to have ‘love’ and 'hate’ tattoo’d on his fingers by a fellow pupil with ink and a safety pin.
He has regretted it ever since almost from the day he, the big man of the group, had it done.
His foolishness followed him around because even with a 1st with honours degree, every time he sat in front of a prospective employer they took one look at his hands and showed him the door.
When these young people are in their 60’s and 70’s and their skin is wrinkled, do they think such adornment will be as attractive then?
