Remember the horrific story of Patricia Wilson?

We have been contacted by Patricia Wilson's aunt asking if we have anymore news about Patricia Wilson who disappeared from her home in Vabre Tizac and although a body has never been discovered, the amount of her blood found in her kitchen means she could not be alive. The accused was her gardener/ odd job man who lived nearby in a caravan. Patricia was allegedly having a dalliance with the man. Jean Louis Cayrou was arrested and has been incarcerated in prison. There was compelling evidence of his guilt, blood in his car boot, Patricia's money in his van, etc. The authorities seem to want him held before trial until the body is found.
His aunt has seen reports on TAG and wondered if we or readers had heard if the man had come to trial yet.
She says she, Patricia' s mother and all the family are naturally very, very upset about all this. Our sympathies go to them all and I will do some googling and see if we can find anything out in the French press and if anyone has followed the story and has more news can you let us know.
Val says
Malc has found a report it is the 3 year anniversary of the incident. Jean Louis Cayrou is still held in prison with out trial. His lawyer is going to ask if he can be released but there is little hope of success.
Imagine the pain of Patricia's family waiting for this trial, the aunt says   "Thank you Val, he should be there until he breaks, wicked man keeping the family tormented"
The saddest " fait divers" we have reported.
