I hope you're both well.
I just finished reading " a sting in the tail" by Dave Goulson, the scientist who has recently created the BBCT the bumblebee conservation trust with huge success. His book is simply a delight read and I could not put it down. A quote from the Independent says it perfectly " enormously informative...hugely entertaining...essential reading". I am now inspired to plant more bee loving plants here and stop worrying about not being able to keep the lawn regularly cut...
Apart from that I am in the middle of a whole week of fasting with just a lot water to drink, the benefits of which I have enjoyed in March for the first time and which include weight loss (7kgs) and a complete detox of the body and mind. Geoff being away in London was the perfect time to do this as it is a time for silence and peace. I am loving it.
